CHAI is seeking a driven and highly motivated individual to drive digital solutions implementation work in Mali. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide technical leadership and help the Mali government to ensure the appropriate capacity, systems, and governance required to maintain and sustain digital e-LMIS are in place with the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI). The individual will provide strategic input and operationalize thoughtful digital health strategies, advice, and policies; support training sessions related to the management, maintenance, and governance of technology solutions; and support the documentation and management of digital infrastructure.
In the short and medium term, the position will be focused on supporting the existing digital health solutions (e-LMIS/Medexis) initiated at the MoH level with the support of USAID’s Project in 2020, including: (i) extension to the management of immunization products through the via the levels of the health pyramid system (National, regional and operational) , (ii) Cold Chain Equipment monitoring including temperature (iii) the support of training of the stakeholders, (iv) data analysis for decision making, and (v) vaccines stock monitoring. In addition, the candidate will support the development of a platform for visualization of immunization data.
