Request for proposals for an E-Learning and Multimedia Content Design for Public Health Consultant

CHAI seeks a highly motivated individual to support and strengthen the malaria program in Cameroon. The Consultant will be responsible for various tasks, from developing videos and uploading them on digital platforms to performing quantitative and qualitative analyses of platform usage. The consultant will design and structure a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform such as Moodle, which will be fit for use by a wide range of users at various levels of technical and digital competencies. They will be expected to work closely with CHAI teams managing the project, as well as well as relevant government and/or country partners. They will also identify areas of engagement relating to improvements in various visuals and ensure efficient monitoring and evaluation of the use of these platforms rapidly and with limited guidance.

The position requires an individual with outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. The candidate must also be able to work independently to drive implementation and have deep personal commitment to producing results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field, with 4 years related professional experience or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields; A Master’s degree in the above field(s) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is also accepted;

Reports to: Malaria Program manager, Cameroon
