The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) seeks interested and capable vendors to submit quotations for the supply and installation of a medical oxygen piping distribution inclusive of a manifold system for the Louangphabang Provincial Hospital as detailed in the specification package (Annex A) of this RFP.
At present, the hospital is utilizing bedside oxygen cylinders as the medical gas pipeline network is inoperative for the last few years owing to certain leakages and broken lines across wards/departments. Appropriate installation and repair of oxygen outlets and the pipelines will allow the hospital to expand its capacity to care for patients.
When preparing your RFP please use the form attached as Annex B as a guide and the CHAI code of conduct and ethics for suppliers in Annex C. Queries, clarifications and quotations must be submitted on or before 12 midnight ICT on 27 June 2022 via the email laosprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting RFP/CHAI/PIP/9LAO1 in the subject line.
Should your submission exceed 2Mb and cannot be sent by email, send an email to request an upload link with the subject ‘Requesting upload link’ to laosprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org. Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
