Linda DeNicola

Linda DeNicola is the Chief Financial Officer at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). She brings more than 25 years of experience in high growth environments across a variety of industries with expertise in organization restructuring, including process and operation improvements, financial system development and implementation, strategic planning, accounting, and business analysis.

Prior to joining CHAI, Ms. DeNicola was chief financial officer of Pathfinder International, a sexual and reproductive health services organization operating in Africa, South America, and Asia, where she provided leadership as they transitioned to a matrixed business model. Previously, Ms. DeNicola served as vice president and chief financial officer of AMIDEAST, an educational services organization with global offices in the Middle East and North Africa. During her tenure, she successfully established and streamlined financial operations, systems, and internal controls providing enhanced transparency. Previously, she served as senior vice president for financial planning, analysis, and reporting at AARP, the largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering Americans 50 and older to choose how they live as they age. AARP was her first entry into the not-for-profit world. Earlier in her career, Ms. DeNicola held several senior management positions in the telecommunications sector, both international and domestic, focusing on strategic planning, financial planning, and business analysis.

Ms. DeNicola received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University.
