Regan Lachapelle is Director of Communications at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). She joined CHAI in 2016 and is responsible for leading communications strategy and operations and is spokesperson for the organization.

Prior to joining CHAI, Ms. Lachapelle was Senior Communications Associate at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP), a Washington, DC-based nonprofit. She also served as Press Director at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and was Deputy Communications Director to former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV). In that role she helped manage the day-to-day operations of the national communications office, developed messaging and strategy and was a spokesperson for the Senator and the Democratic Caucus. Ms. Lachapelle also served as Deputy Press Secretary to U.S. Senator Jack Reed (D-RI).

Ms. Lachapelle received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from Albion College in Michigan.
