Applicants who successfully complete the first steps of the process will be invited to speak to the hiring manager in the relevant program or department. Most roles at CHAI will require strong communication abilities, excellent project management, and solid analytical skills. For these reasons, most hiring manager interviews will strive to assess both your team fit and your technical skills. It is common for interviews to have both behavioral and technical case elements. If the role requires any additional language skills, those abilities will also be evaluated during this stage.
