The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) invites interested and capable vendors to submit bids for the supply of liquid medical oxygen storage equipment (VIE tanks) and vaporizers (Annex A) of this ITB. When preparing your submission, please use Annex B and CHAI Global Essential medicines code of conduct and ethics for suppliers in Annex C for guidance.
Quotations must be submitted on or before October 4, 2022, 12 midnight EDT (October 5, 2022, 6 am CAT) via the email gemprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting Reference ITB/CHAI/LOx/0122 in the subject line. Should your submission exceed 2Mb and cannot be sent by email, send an email to request an upload link with the subject ‘Requesting upload link’ to gemprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org.
