The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) with funding from Unitaid as part of its ongoing efforts to increase access to medical oxygen invites interested and capable vendors to submit bids for the supply of a VIE system (tank and ambient vaporizer), civils, and related installation and commissioning services, including medical liquid oxygen (LOX) supply for operational first fill for Police Hospital, Ghana as detailed in the specification package (Annex B) of this ITB. When preparing your submission, please use the product details attached as Annex A, specifications attached as Annex B, and CHAI code of conduct and ethics for suppliers in Annex C for guidance.
All request for clarifications should be sent to GhanaUNITAIDOxygenProcurement@clintonhealthaccess.org by August 24, 2023. Quotations must be submitted on or before 12 midnight GMT by August 31, 2023 via the email GhanaUNITAIDOxygenProcurement@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting Reference ITB/CHAI/VIE/GHA_PH/0123 in the subject line. Should your submission exceed 2 MB and cannot be sent by email, please request an upload link with the subject ‘Requesting upload link’ to GhanaUNITAIDOxygenProcurement@clintonhealthaccess.org.
Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Vendors may submit for one lot, all lots, or any combination of lots described. Medical devices and mLOX supply and transport services for operational first fill must be assessed against CHAI’s quality policy. Vendors may be requested to submit additional information and/or cooperate with a site visit from CHAI to the mLOX production site prior to finalizing a purchase order.
