The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a sub-grantee of FHI360 on the Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project, a global five-year project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). FHI360 is the prime implementing partner for EpiC.
EpiC receives COVID-19 funding to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and bolster health systems to address COVID-19 and reduce cases of re-emergence. Part of EpiC’s COVID-19 program is to provide high-quality oxygen systems.
CHAI invites interested and capable vendors to submit bids for the supply of VIE systems (tanks and ambient vaporizers), civils, and related installation and commissioning services for five (5) health facilities in Mozambique: Hospital Geral de Quelimane, Hospital Rural de Chokwe, Hospital Rural de Vilanculos, Hospital Distrital de Caia, and Hospital Rural de Cuamba. When preparing your submission, please use the form attached as Annex B and CHAI Global Essential Medicines code of conduct and ethics for suppliers in Annex C for guidance.
Any queries or clarifications on the RFQ should be submitted via the email mozprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting ‘VIE clarifications’ in the subject line by 12 midnight on April 13, 2023. Responses will be shared via all ITB solicitation channels, including email.
Quotations must be submitted on or before 12 midnight EDT (closing date above) via the email mozprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting Reference ITB/CHAI/VIE/MOZ/0123 in the subject line. Should your submission exceed 2MB and cannot be sent by email, please request an upload link with the subject ‘Requesting upload link’ to mozprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org
Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Vendors may submit for one lot, all lots, or any combination of lots described; however, lot 2 will be dependent on lot 3 thus it is strongly recommended to submit for these two together (e.g., in a consortium). Preference will be given to vendors responding to all lots.
