The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) with funding from Unitaid invites interested and capable vendors to submit bids for the supply of VIE systems (tanks and ambient vaporizers), civils, and related installation and commissioning services for two health facilities in Mozambique: HD Ponta de Ouro and HR Muxungue. When preparing your submission, please use the forms: Annex A and B and the provisions of CHAI Global Essential Medicines code of conduct and ethics for suppliers in Annex C.
Any queries or clarifications on the RFQ should be submitted via gemprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org quoting ‘VIE clarifications’ in the subject line by 12 midnight, September 28, 2023. Responses will be shared via all ITB solicitation channels, including email.
Quotations must be submitted on or before 12 midnight, September 28, 2023 via gemprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org, quoting Reference ITB/CHAI/VIE/MOZ/0223 in the subject line. Should your submission exceed 2 MB and cannot be sent by email, please request an upload link with the subject ‘Requesting upload link’ to gemprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org
Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Vendors may submit for one lot, all lots, or any combination of lots described; however, lot 2 will be dependent on lot 3 thus it is strongly recommended to submit for these two together (e.g., in a consortium). Preference will be given to vendors responding to all lots.
